    Description
    The Senior Applications Engineer will report into the Applications Engineering Manager and work hands on with electromechanics. This position will consist of project work, new product development and working directly with customers.

    My client was established over 100 years ago and they create complex technical solutions for clients in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing industry.

    This group of the company focuses on highly automated, precise technology.

    The key responsibilities of the Senior Applications Engineer include, but are not limited to:

    Conducting tests and feasibility studies to assess the technical applications of sensor products.
    Documenting, implementing, and evaluating applicable design requirements for production.
    Producing technical proposals to support quotations and orders, encompassing drawings, calculations, specifications, and other technical details.
    Engaging in pre-production and prototype activities both in-house and with partner plants.

    The successful Senior Applications Engineer will have the following background:
    ~ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Proficient in Electrical and/or Mechanical CAD software.
    ~4+ years of experience in Product/Applications Engineering with comparable products.
    ~ Practical experience in electrical or mechanical assembly.
