- Collaborating with customers, sales representatives, and product engineering to comprehend customer requirements and provide product solutions.
- Proposing products that are simple, reliable, cost-effective, and capable of meeting or surpassing customer expectations.
- Conducting tests and feasibility studies to assess the technical applications of sensor products.
- Designing sensor products in alignment with product requirements and customer specifications.
- Documenting, implementing, and evaluating applicable design requirements for production.
- Producing technical proposals to support quotations and orders, encompassing drawings, calculations, specifications, and other technical details.
- Engaging in pre-production and prototype activities both in-house and with partner plants.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; preference for candidates with a Master's degree.
- Proficient in Electrical and/or Mechanical CAD software.
- 4+ years of experience in Product/Applications Engineering with comparable products.
- Practical experience in electrical or mechanical assembly.
