• 10:00 pm6:00 am

What do Resident Assistants / Caregivers do?

• Provide routine resident care
• Observe residents and alert staff to changes
• Offer conversation and companionship
• Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker
• Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Assist with feeding
• Perform light cleaning & linen changes

• Complete 12 interview(s) and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor
• Upon receiving the job offer, review job description, and complete newhire tasks and onboarding paperwork (via the Paycor app)
• Receive name badge, keys, and tour of the community

• Receive continuous training from mentor as you continue to provide exceptional care to our residents
