What do Resident Assistants / Caregivers do?
- Provide routine resident care
- Observe residents and alert staff to changes
- Offer conversation and companionship
- Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker
- Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Assist with feeding
- Perform light cleaning & linen changes

- Complete 12 interview(s) and meet with immediate supervisor and mentor
- Upon receiving the job offer, review job description, and complete newhire tasks and onboarding paperwork (via the Paycor app)
