    True Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatch Scheduler - Customer Service Rep in the Westminster, CO area. This scheduling and dispatching position earns a competitive wage of $21 - $25/hour plus incentives.

    YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

    This scheduling and dispatching position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

    Because of you, our company can continuously grow and succeed. You are a key factor in our success as you answer phone calls from customers and effectively handle their issues, concerns, and needs. Always friendly, you offer a positive experience that eases our customers' minds. Customers can rely on your calm and uplifting demeanor to provide an excellent solution to their problems. Once you understand what the client needs and the solutions they are after, you'll quickly schedule an appointment or dispatch the perfect technician for the job.

    Our office team also appreciates you being a motivated team player as you happily tackle any other duties that help our office run smoothly. You enjoy having a job where you can advance your skill sets while also helping our company grow
