For our client, we are currently seeking part-time Administrative Employees (m/f/d) for Shipping in Edgemont, MD.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Processing and handling customer orders
  • Creating shipping documents and delivery papers
  • Coordinating shipment with freight forwarders and logistics service providers
  • Monitoring inventory levels and inventory management
  • Handling returns and complaints
  • Collaborating with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and warehouse

These qualifications are required:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in shipping or logistics desired, career changers are also welcome
  • Proficient in common
