- Develop and execute long-term and short-term sales strategies
- Manage patient referrals, admissions process, community sales, and post-admission activities using the Genesis Core Operating System
- Supervise the center sales program to ensure customer satisfaction, market penetration, and positive public image
- Report to the Nursing Home Administrator with a dotted line connection to the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager/Director
