    Assistant (Office and Field Operations)

    Location:
    Flexible (Office-based and Field-based)

    Responsibilities:
    Office Tasks:Manage administrative duties such as answering phones, handling emails, and organizing files.
    Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    Coordinate office supplies inventory and orders.
    Support the team with data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
    Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.

    Field Support and Document and Supplies Delivery:
    Deliver crucial documents and materials to various sites managed by the company.
    Assist in coordinating security personnel for field operations as needed.
    Provide logistical support for field assignments, including equipment preparation.
    Liaise with site managers to ensure timely and accurate documents and supplies delivery.
    Conduct occasional site visits to facilitate communication and address any on-site needs.


    Requirements:


    Open to work 1st and 2nd Shift Must have a D & G license issued by the Department of Agriculture of Florida.

    Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles is preferred.
    Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    Own transportation.
    Familiarity with security procedures and protocols (a plus but not required).
