- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
- Assure regular communication of issues or programs with the Client-Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Manage the performance discipline process at assigned accounts.
- Other management responsibilities as determined by the Branch Director.
- Assure communication of policies and company announcements.
- Meet all contractual scheduled hours with minimum unbilled overtime.
- Coordinate and/or conduct site specific OJT, and client specific training, as well as meet the company's corporate training standards.
- Develop/maintain operational procedures so that valid, site specific post orders are always available foremergency reference by the security staff.
- Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles utilized at the account(s), maintaining appropriateinventories and maintenance checklists.
- Take a proactive role in communicating with the client and meeting their needs; meet with them regularly, listen to issues, provide security and technical expertise, and solutions.
- Knowledge of security operations, law enforcement, or military police that includes management responsibility Strong Oral and written communication skills Strong customer service and service delivery orientation Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures Education, Licenses and Certifications Required(D & G) Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
