We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices, including both mechanical bases and cladding parts. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our medical devices meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications.
Assemble mechanical bases for medical devices with precision and attention to detail.
Construct cladding parts for medical devices to ensure proper fit and functionality.
Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects in the assembly process.
Work collaboratively with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assembly area to ensure a productive work environment.
Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
Previous experience in assembly, particularly in the medical device industry, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for intricate assembly tasks.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
Commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring product integrity.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
