Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and testing mechanical components and systems.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.


Duties:


  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
  • Assemble mechanical components according to specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to perform assembly tasks
  • Operate machinery and equipment such as welders, forklifts, and machining tools
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or malfunctions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
  • Experience with welding, fabricating, or machining is preferred
  • Knowledge of assembly techniques and processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Assembler or in a similar role is preferred but not required
We offer competitive pay based on experience.


Pay:
$ $20.85 per hour
