    Description

    LHH is seeking a Labor and Employment Paralegal for one of it's client's in downtown Seattle, Washington.

    Position: Labor and Employment Paralegal (Direct Hire)

    Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid

    Salary range: $80,000 - $117,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Support a team of 8 attorneys within the L&E practice group.
    • Assisting with litigation tasks, including e-discovery (experience with Relativity preferred).
    • Collaborate closely with attorneys on case management and preparation.
    • Conduct legal research on labor and employment laws, regulations, and precedents.
    • Assist with case preparation, including drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
    • Manage the discovery process, organizing and reviewing documents and evidence.
    • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
    • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
    • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits and coordinating witness interviews.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and managing attorney calendars.
    • Provide guidance and assistance to clients on compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations, including policy development and implementation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    Interview Process:

    1. Initial Zoom interview with 2 people (30 minutes).
    2. Subsequent interviews with remaining attorneys (4 attorneys for 30 minutes each).
