Description
Davenport Property Management is seeking a full-time licensed Community Association Manager for an onsite position in a Homeowner Association.Position Requirements:
- Active CAM license
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Skilled in using MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
- TOPS & Strongroom experience helpful
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with board members, residents and vendors
- Obtain bids for community projects
- Monitor the work of vendors to ensure contractual requirements are met
- Prepare all documentation for board meetings including Annual and Budget meetings. Post meeting notices, attend all board meetings and take meeting minutes
- Prepare annual budget
- Perform property inspections to identify violations
- Address collection/compliance matters with the Board
