Job description
EJT CPA LLC is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to serve as a primary point of contact for clients and support day-to-day firm operations. This role is heavily client-facing and requires professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable interacting directly with business owners and executives.
Client-Facing Support
- Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries (email/phone)
- Coordinate document requests and follow up with clients
- Manage onboarding process and collect required information
- Schedule client meetings and ensure preparation materials are ready
- Communicate deadlines, reminders, and status updates
- Assist clients with portal access and basic system questions
Operational Support
- Track outstanding deliverables and maintain workflow systems
- Maintain organized digital records and client files
- Support internal process improvements and special projects
Pay: $ $27.65 per hour
Work Location: Remote
