Description

Our company is looking for a Service Technician for the northeast Florida area.

This position requires three years of commercial HVAC experience and talented individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality service and have a passion for technology.

We are seeking Service Technicians for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment, including refrigeration, air conditioning and compressors.

Sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, plan and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot, repair and make modifications to systems.
Maintain maintenance records as required.
Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repairs.
Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain equipment.
Timely completion of service reports, expense reports and weekly timesheets.
Adhere to all work safety policies, procedures and governing requirements.
Perform additional duties which may be required by supervisor.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Three years of Commercial HVAC experience.
Working knowledge of refrigeration compressors, electrical troubleshooting of common types of Cstores refrigeration systems to include walkin coolers and freezers, ice machines and controls systems, RTU's 5 to 40 tons.
Knowledge and experience in the installation of natural gas systems and HVAC systems.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Lifting:
Frequently required to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.

Physical:

Occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands and fingers; handle or feel objects, tools or controls; climb and balance on a ladder; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and reach with hands and arms.

Ability to operate heavy machinery and/or vehicles is required.

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
