- Hands-on experience in business development and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Must be able to able to meet sales targets.
- Must have great business proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting practices, employment law, and human resources processes is a plus.
- Excellent and professional communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong critical thinking skills to meet challenges and tight deadlines to achieve client needs.
