    Description

    Role: Superintendent

    Location: Utica - New York

    Salary: $180k (negotiable depending on experience)

    Industry: Construction

    I've teamed up with an established GC, with a great reputation and been growing continuously over the last 100 years. They are an 100% employee owned company and they are looking for a Superintendent to come and join their team to help them with a huge high-rise projects.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide overall administrative and technical management on projects
    • Managing on site construction and manage labor, subcontractors and consultants
    • Administration of jobsite safety programs, quality management
    • Manage overall schedule coordination and supervision

    What you'll need

    • Bachelors in Construction Management or related field - or at least 5 years in construction
    • OSHA 10 & OSHA 30
    • Understanding of building specifications/plans
    • Knowledge of safety standards
