We are looking for an RV Reservations and Move-In Specialist to focus on lease options of recreational vehicle (RV) spaces in RV parks operated by Monte Christo Communities (MCC).

You'll also have the opportunity to help us with the sales of our company's manufactured home inventory in our parks operated by MCC.


What you will do

  • Answer inbound calls for RV rentals (monthly or daily use). Make RV reservations using professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Call WARM LEADS who have already shown interest in RV rentals and home ownership with us
  • Answer inbound calls for manufactured homes for sale
  • Answer inbound calls for manufactured / mobile homes for rent
  • Call renters in our communities and convert to home ownership with the assistance of our sales team
  • Create marketing campaigns to increase our RV occupancy (craigslist, market place, etc.)
  • Communicate with management daily and report on activities in weekly team meeting

  • An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word

  • The ability to work independently as well as on a Team
  • You are a multitasker with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service
  • You're outgoing and friendly. A true people pleaser

Requirements:


  • Ability to speak fluent Spanish is preferred to be able to effectively communicate with our customer base.
  • Comfortable making calls and talking to new people daily
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred )
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred

Pay and Benefits:

- $100 per RV move-in
