Position SummaryWe are looking for an outgoing, flexible customer-oriented service representative to provide product information and resolve any problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position will take on many different tasks within the company and must work well with others.
Your Main Tasks Will Be:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and Emails
- Process orders, credit & debit memos from our customers.
- Obtain freight quotes for orders that are routed from shipper
- Verify stock availability with Valley and our system, Minx.
- Correct cost and retails in system; roll over costs to update system.
- Adjust costs for each shipment from Sweden based on current dollar.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternates within time limits.
- Make any adjustments to orders, cancellations, returns and additions.
- Providing information about products, services, features, prices & availability.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, finance & IT to ensure consistent and highquality customer experience.
Your Toolkit:
- 2year Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a wholesale industry
- 2+ yrs. of applicable work experience in an online consumeroriented customer service position preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals.
- Proficient in multitasking and effective prioritization
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
Location:
- Office space will be in our shared space in Mt. Laurel.
- Option to work some remote after the initial onboarding process & training is possible
