Our professional service desk covers exciting tasks that go beyond just IT support and takes care of all IT issues for our external customers.

Your responsibilities
Recording, prioritizing, classifying, and processing service requests
Administration and monitoring of existing IT infrastructure
Optimization of processes and workflows within the service desk
Close and constructive collaboration with departments for infrastructure and network
Your profile
Completed IT training and first professional experience, for example as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
Proficient in working with a ticket system
Knowledge in the area of client hardware and software
Basic knowledge in using Active Directory
Basic knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems and network technologies
Ideally, experience with Citrix and M365
Strong customer orientation and communication skills - enthusiasm for working with external customers
Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form
