Confectionery Technologist (m/f/d)

Confectionery technologists load, control and monitor machines and equipment. The automated production process includes all steps from raw material processing to packaging of the goods. Ingredients such as sugar, cocoa beans or nuts are mechanically weighed, dosed and, if necessary, cleaned and crushed. The specialists add various additives to the raw materials. They also load and monitor machines and equipment. During raw material delivery and production, they take samples for the laboratory, but also ensure through visual inspection, smell and, above all, taste tests that the production processes run smoothly. They also clean and maintain the machines and equipment.

Duration of training

3 years, the vocational school takes place in block lessons at the ZDS in Solingen (.zds-solingen). The costs for accommodation will of course be covered by us.
