Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Assisting the Box Office and Theater Management during performances, including nights, weekends, and Holidays
  • Managing lines and crowds during walkin outside the theatre and guiding people to various checkpoints and entrances
  • Helping maintain cancelation lines for sold out performances
  • Assisting patrons with mobile tickets
  • Answer frequently asked questions about each show and theatre

Skills and Specifications

  • Strong Customer Service Skills are a must.
  • Must possess effective problemsolving skills, proactive and effective time management.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patrons
  • Knowledge of mobile ticketing systems preferred
*Please note Line Control shifts are 2 to 3 hours per performance. Foreseeable hours per week would not exceed hours.
