Description

We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated, Network/Server Administrator to join our team of professionals.

This is a position on our _Field Services_ team and
requires local travel (driving - personal vehicle) to clients in the Boston area.

Responsibilities include:

• Onsite & Remote Support
• Project Delivery
• Monitoring Services
• Management of Client Ticket Queues

Requirements include a working knowledge of:

• Windows Server 2012/2019/202
• Windows 10/1
• Firewalls

Strong communication and case management skills with an eye for completeness, accuracy and detail are essential.

Pay:
$60, $90,000.00 per year
