Description
I am seeking a highly energetic, enthusiastic, experienced, and organized individual who will work as the second-in-command at a high-end clinic.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and be the contact person for patients.As a medical practice, there are certain regulatory requirements that you will be responsible for so it's important that you're highly organized.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and providing information to potential patients about the services that we provide
- Answering calls and texts from existing patients and addressing their concerns (this can also be done remotely when the clinic is closed)
- Scheduling patients at times that work with physician's schedule
- Contacting patients via text message to remind them of upcoming appointment
- Contacting patients when their payments failed in order to collect payment
- Operating lab equipment to run patient labs (training will be provided)
- Managing patient inflow and outflow to minimize the time spent at the clinic
- Maintaining inventory count and ordering supplies from various vendors
- Maintaining an organized folders with paperwork for laboratory audits
- Troubleshoot any issues via the vendors' technical support
- Maintain logs and meticulous records for regulatory agencies overseeing licenses
- Clean and sanitize office and patient rooms
- Prepare patient supplies in advance to minimize wait times
- Build relationships with patients and serve as a patient liaison
Qualifications:
Strong relationship building skills
Highly organized
Skilled at managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Comfortable using cloud services like Google Drive and EHR
Pay:
From $32.00 per hour
