Effectively negotiate the necessary budget with central program and finance departments
Carefully compare the planned and provided budget for financial lines with the updated requirements of the central program
Competently renegotiate, prioritize, and coordinate the necessary budget; escalate deviations from the original plan to the finance departments
Take responsibility for Risk & Opportunities Management and initiate corrective and improvement measures as needed
