Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of personalized college admission plans tailored to each student's strengths and goals.
- Prepare students for college interviews and standardized tests (SAT, ACT).
- Stay updated on current trends and changes in college admissions.
- Conduct workshops and informational sessions for students and parents.
- Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and other educational professionals to support students' college goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in college admissions counseling or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current college admissions trends and requirements.
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
