EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR BUSINESS LEADERS / CHALLENGING ROLE

Our client is looking for a highly experienced business leader in the field of building services, electrical engineering or HVAC for their generational change. The company has been on the market for almost 50 years and is located in the Kassel area. It enjoys a high reputation among its customers and stands out for its quality, reliability and expertise. The approximately 140 employees have a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and technical competence. They appreciate the good working atmosphere, the team spirit and the open-door policy of their superiors. The company has been financially stable for decades, providing a solid foundation for the future. The owner wishes to gradually withdraw from the operational business and hand over the management of the company to two managing directors (m/f/d). In addition to the long-standing responsible person for plant construction, we are exclusively looking for a managing director (m/f/d) for the building services / HVAC division.

THE ROLE

  • Economic control, further development and alignment of the company & business processes
  • Managing and leading the entire company based on key figures with profit-loss responsibility towards the owner
  • Supporting existing customers and acquiring new ones
  • Identifying and implementing important processes for securing the company's future, such as driving digitalization
