Description

Three Sixty is a design/build company composed of a team with highly creative design skills, resulting in custom furniture, custom interiors, and millwork pieces that are rarely made the same way twice.

We design, engineer, fabricate, and install all aspects of interiors for commercial and residential spaces with a focus on hospitality.

We are looking for an applicant that is highly motivated, has a great work ethic, is a team player, and has experience in the design industry.

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of professional experience. This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the design process, including programming, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and bid documents
• Quickly communicate ideas through rapid ideation sketching
• Conceptualize and communicate new designs for internal and client facing reviews
• Produce schematic design, design development and construction drawing packages with an awareness of design integrity and code compliance.
• Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects.
• Includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs.
• Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications
• Site visits and assisting in construction supervision
• Site survey / measures of existing conditions replicating conditions with accuracy in drawings
• Produce presentation quality renderings turning a client's vision into reality
• Visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals
• Communicate, present and review designs with clients
• Provide innovative and functional design solutions
• Research new products and materials along with concepts and technical issues impacting design
• Source and contact vendors for materials and estimates
• Mindfulness surrounding the company's financial wellbeing with all product and vendor orders, time management, and company resources
• Exhibit exceptional communication both externally and internally
• Proficient at problem solving and providing creative solutions for clients expectations
• Managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Cohesively works with the internal project team and trade partners to ensure work completion as specified

Qualifications

• Proficient in SketchUp Pro and SketchUp Layout
• Proficient at ideation sketching
• At least 5years professional use of Adobe Creative Suites
• Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes
• Concrete knowledge of building materials and finishes
• An awareness of commercial and residential building codes
• Self driven to work quickly, independently and collectively
• Ability to read architectural plan and elevation drawings
• Creative and technical skills a must
• Architectural and construction background desired
• Restaurant experience is a plus

Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
