Cook+ Large batch cooking style, large quantities of food+ Help running the kitchen and working on the line preparing foods+ Cleaning the kitchen+ Meal prep along with food prep
The ideal candidate:+ ok with a labor intensive position - you will be on the go and it can be physically demanding+ will have reliable transportation. no ride sharing or drop offs allowed+ 1+ years of experience cooking whether it's batch style, line cooking, or grill cooking professionally
must be comfortable working every other weekend . hospitals run on a 365/24/7 schedule and always need staffing. This is mandatory.
