    Clinical Education Coordinator - Phoenix, AZ

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Ensure coordination and delivery of necessary educational programs for new hires and existing clinical personnel
    • Engage in program-wide EMS activities
    • Conduct audits and validate completion of employee educational requirements (Some travel required)
    • Participate in Web-based course evaluation and development
    • Support management in interviews and evaluations of potential hires
    • Collaborate with Program Medical Director(s) and CQI Committee for case review sessions and ad hoc educational presentations as required
    • Maintain active flight status requirements and occasionally serve as a primary flight crew member and/or third person observer as needed
    • Work closely with program director and operations managers to assist with outreach education opportunities

    • Phoenix, AZ

    The Successful Candidate Will Have:

    • Minimum 1 to 3 years of flight experience and current licensure (RN or EMT-P or RRT) Bachelor's degree is preferred
    • Preferred current specialty certification (CFRN, FPC, RRT); if not held, must complete within 24 months of hire
    • Experience in adult education is preferred, particularly as a training preceptor and certified instructor in ITLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
    • Proficient in writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to connect with clinical EMS staff
    • Computer literate with above-average software proficiency
    • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening
