Holiday Barn Pet Resorts is in search of a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Midlothian, VA.

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $15-$18 per hour based on your experience, with overtime pay, a $2 differential for weekend shifts and holidays, and potential commissions on certain services.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in discussions about pet care with pet owners on a daily basis.
Handle all check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
Assist customers during drop-off and pick-up times.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage a high volume of phone calls in a fast-paced setting.

About the Company:

Holiday Barn has a rich history that originated from the passion of Emerson and Kathy Hughes for dogs and cats. In 1972, Emerson, a music teacher from Henrico County, and his family launched Holiday Barn Pet Resorts in Glen Allen, VA. A second location near Midlothian, VA was opened shortly after. Today, their son Michael leads the team. At Holiday Barn, individual strengths are celebrated, and a common dedication to the company values unites the team members. These values serve as guiding principles that define the organization's identity and actions.
