Summary:
Sells locks, parts and systems to individuals by phone or at the corporate office, provides customer assistance and service and supports operations by performing the following duties


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greets customer by phone or in person, provides optimum customer service and support, and works to maximize sales transactions of all saleable Company products.
  • Explain merchandise, suggests selections that meet customer's needs, and emphasizes selling points of articles such as quality, utility and applicable warranties.
  • Completes all required and appropriate sales transactions and works with other Company departments (warehouse, Accounting, IT Support, Administration, front Desk) as necessary to ensure total customer support and satisfaction.
  • Program and make sales orders at the warehouse is needed.
  • Supports all security measures and works to promote safety and security in the workplace.
  • Uses System database and software to process sales orders, set delivery schedules, review returns, warranties and all other products to process a correct sales order.
  • Prepare Backorders, quotes and invoices.
  • Post comments and payments in customer orders if needed.
  • Supports Management as requested.
  • Reach the assigned monthly goals established by the company.
  • Support customer with technician solutions when needed by phone or on person.
  • Attend all training provided by external or internal vendors.
  • Attend the cross training provided by the company. (If needed).
  • Follow up orders until customer received the product and be sure he is satisfied with the service provided.
