The Unterallgäuer Werkstätten gGmbH is looking for a Fixture Builder (m/f/d) for the workshop for people with intellectual disabilities at the Mindelheim location at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities include the development and construction of fixtures and ergonomic work solutions for our people with disabilities, taking into account the applicable safety regulations. You will also be responsible for documenting, further developing, and maintaining the fixtures and aids you have created.

We expect from you:

  • an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or industrial master in metal
  • experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
  • basic knowledge of PLC programming and control technology desirable
  • basic knowledge of pneumatics
  • empathy and good teamwork skills
  • creativity in designing work processes
  • PC skills and a structured way of working
