Location: Zwickau

These are your tasks as a Wood Technology Designer

  • Design and plan wooden structures for new buildings, renovations, and restorations
  • Create technical drawings, construction plans, and parts lists
  • Select suitable types of wood and materials, taking into account building codes and regulations
  • Perform static calculations and structural planning
  • Coordinate and supervise the implementation of wooden structures on the construction site
  • Inspect the quality and document the completed work

What you bring to the table as a Wood Technology Designer

  • Completed training as a carpenter, wood technician, or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of wood construction and building planning
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other planning tools
  • Teamwork, communication skills, and organizational skills
  • Class B driver's license is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German
