We are seeking a
Care Team Leader (CTL) to:

  • Motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
  • Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
  • Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service and sound financial management.

Education:

Minimum - Baccalaureate degree in nursing or ADN and achievement of BS in nursing within 5 years of hire.

Preferred - Baccalaureate degree or advanced degree in nursing.


Work Experience:

Minimum - Two (2) years' experience participating in Pediatric Invasive Cardiology and/or Pediatric Electrophysiology Procedures.

Preferred - Three (3) years' experience participating in Pediatric Invasive Cardiology and/or Pediatric Electrophysiology Procedures.


Licenses and Certifications:


Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations.

Basic Life Support/CPR.

Preferred - National certification in relevant specialty.

Eastpark Medical Center:


  • UW Health's new stateoftheart ambulatory facility will transform the patient experience and offer cuttingedge proton therapy. This 469,000squarefoot ambulatory facility will house many specialties, including women's complex care, adult cancer care, advanced imaging and laboratory services and innovative clinical trials. It will be located across from East Madison Hospital on Eastpark Blvd. and is slated to open in fall 2024.
