Responsibilities:

Analyzes industry and consumer trends. Identifies consumer insight opportunities and makes recommendations that will inform product roadmap decisions.

Develops, prioritizes, and oversees the execution of products and features.
Implements in line with project plan requirements.

Leads and influences teams to deliver an integrated experience across all channels.

Develops product scorecards and manages key performance indicators against annual goals. Communicates product performance to management.


Manages marketing campaigns, including:
planning, targeting, creative development, testing and deployment, program reporting, and analyses.

Minimum Qualifications


At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration and Management

4+ years' experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related
experience

In lieu of a degree, 4+ years' experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management

6+ years' experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related
experience


Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
