In this position, you will use your technical understanding to ensure that our heat and power generation system runs smoothly from installation to the end of the contract.

You will never lose sight of customer service, economic aspects, and the desire to actively contribute to the energy transition.

You will support our specialist partners, your direct colleagues, and the sales team of Viessmann Wärme+Strom with any questions.

We also support remote work, so the location is secondary.


What you will achieve:


  • You will professionally handle telephone, email inquiries, and complaints, and ensure "bestinclass" customer service.
  • You will collect feedback from customers/specialist partners and support the improvement of our services.
  • You will take care of our customer systems (asset management) and ensure smooth operation together with our specialist partners and technical service.
  • Maintaining customer and contract data in our CRM systems is the basis for excellent longterm customer service.
  • You will improve digital and manual processes in your area, from ordering by our specialist partners to ensuring safe system operation.

Who you are:

As a team player with strong organizational and communication skills, you are particularly suited for this role. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are used to working independently and efficiently. You also have negotiation skills.
