What to expect from the traineeship

During your traineeship, you will receive comprehensive training in various business processes and gain practical experience quickly. Your focus will be on the human resources department. Additionally, you will get to know different departments during your traineeship, so that after successfully completing your training, you will be able to handle various tasks, especially in the areas of payroll, personnel support, and development, independently. You will also learn to work independently as well as in a team. Our further training opportunities will round off your training with us.
