Shipping/Product Coordinator
Advanced Architectural Products maker of SMARTci is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping/ Product Coordinator. As a Shipping /Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment and receiving of products. This is a crucial role in our operations, as you will play a key part in maintaining efficient shipping processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the shipping and receiving process, including picking, packing, and labeling of orders
- Ensure that all packages are properly packaged and labeled for shipment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shippingrelated issues or discrepancies
- Operate various equipment such as of forklift, and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Proficient in order picking and packing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Forklift: 2 years (preferred)
- Shipping: 1 year (preferred)
