    Job Title: Customer Service Representative at a Leading Financial Services Company

    Are you looking to take your career to the next level with one of the most established and largest Financial Institutions in the United States? Our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their team in Johnston. In this role, you will be part of the Consumer Unsecured Merchant Financing team and play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for applicants, customers, and Merchant partners. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, providing support solutions, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction while building strong relationships.

    Salary: $19 - $20 per hour

    Shift: First

    Work Hours: 8 AM - 12 AM

    Education: High School

    Job Description:

    • Act as a dedicated advocate for applicants, customers, & Merchant partners, ensuring prompt addressal of their needs.
    • Listen actively to customer inquiries, provide accurate information on credit decisions, and record interactions for resolution.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies, daily tasks, and quality standards to deliver exceptional service consistently.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 1 year of experience in Outbound Call Center customer service.
    • Strong organizational skills, quick learner, and efficient problem solver.
    • Excellent communication skills, active listener, and proficiency in problem-solving.
