The Weston School is looking for full and part time teachers to join our dynamic team The Weston School is an innovative and diverse early childhood education company with multiple locations in the greater Indianapolis area.

We are looking for individuals who are seeking a rewarding & purposeful career, teaching children, infants - 12 years, the love of learning.

We also provide all employees with the option of a CDA (Childhood development associates certificate) program to help gain additional education, qualifications, and career mobility.

• 18 years of age or older
• HS diploma (or GED)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background/ criminal history/ drug tests.
• Passionate & motivated to teach children
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time

• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Able to stand for long periods of time, sit on the floor, crawl, squat, and stoop
• Able to verbally communicate proficiently, and have conventional hearing abilities.
• Able to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls. Able to reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to see near and far off, have color perception, and ability to adjust one's focus.
• Duties may require travel to other locations and/or company events which may be outside and require exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Required to help with cleaning duties which may include sweeping, shoveling, salting, or removal of trash.
