Description

We are seeking a Key Room Attendant to work at a Medical Facility in the Hartford area.

The shift is inside a shed in a parking area, with some heat, but still has some exposure to cold.

The attendant will assist valets; dispatch them to where they are needed, and provide basic directions. The attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and order of their work area.

This can be a FT or PT position, weekdays Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm. We will consider a 2, 3, or 5-day schedule.

Pay starts at $16.50/hour.

Customer service experience and attention to detail is a must.
Security experience and being technologically savvy are a plus.

Key Booth Attendant -Job Description

The responsibilities include the following:

Retrieving keys from the key box
Dispatching valets to customer retrievals
Being visible for the duration of a scheduled shift
Filling out necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
Scanning valet tickets in and out of the computer system
Recording vehicle counts
Communicating effectively with coworkers. This includes radio contact, and communication on a laptop.
Helping customers if they are in distress
Putting out necessary equipment at the beginning of a shift and putting it away at the end of a shift (i.e. signs, cones etc.)
Maintain a professional appearance and be polite and courteous
