Summary

You will work as a Program Analyst in the Plans and Programs Division (SP10) of Strategic Systems Programs.

This role is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-4 broadband level covers positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.

This job is open to:

Duties

Serve as a Nuclear Armed Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Acquisition Management Program Analyst at Strategic Systems Program (SSP) in Washington, DC.
Provide special technical analysis, expertise, and guidance on acquisition management, budget execution, program analysis, and planning for SSP.
Support the SP111 Section Head to lead SLCM-N acquisition managers in developing and maintaining acquisition strategy and plans.
Manage acquisition documents ensuring timely submission of quality products.
Develop the Selected Acquisition Report (SAR) for the SLCM-N program.
Ensure efficient use of Navy Resource Sponsor resources to support assigned programs.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen.
Must be deemed suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
Completion of pre-employment drug test.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Your resume should show at least one year of specialized experience at the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in DoD acquisition processes and management principles.
