Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where your analytical skills will shape the future of innovative solutions? P17 Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team full-time.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic planning, data analysis, and program development, driving efficiency and effectiveness across our projects.

Generate program/project status, project schedules, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. Develop and analyze weekly/monthly reports on business-related metrics, identifying potential project trends and risks to management.

Compile and analyze program data, generating reports, charts, and presentations to communicate findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support program decision-making and strategic planning. Participate in meetings and discussions with program stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns. Support the coordination and execution of program activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.

Contribute to specific business processes by formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements.

Identify potential project trends and risks to management.

Support the creation of cost estimates for procurement actions and develop business systems and processes based on user needs and requirements.

Devise or modify procedures to enable management to make program decisions based on cost-benefit analysis and schedule considerations.

Act independently or as a member of a project team, providing guidance on the business implications of applying various systems.

Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining program files, tracking expenses, and responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Monitor program budgets and financial performance, providing insights and forecasts. Attention to detail is essential throughout all tasks.
