Are you passionate about renewable energy and motivated to make a difference? US Power Solar seeks a dynamic and results-driven Solar Salesperson to join our team.
As a Solar Salesperson, you will generate leads, educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, and close sales to help them transition to clean, sustainable power solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and doortodoor canvassing.
- Conducted comprehensive assessments of customers' energy needs and recommended appropriate solar solutions.
- Educate customers on solar energy's financial and environmental benefits, including potential savings on utility bills and available incentives.
- Prepare and present proposals outlining solar energy system costs, savings, and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and informed guidance to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals consistently.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, including equipment, installation processes, and financing options.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, driven to succeed in a fastpaced, competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- You MUST have prior solar sales experience to apply.
