Hours: 8:00am -5:00pm

***: The Customer Service Rep receives and responds to customer calls, inquiries, requests and complaints, which may require research and investigation to reach resolution; and delivers superior customer service in a prompt, respectful and courteous manner to ensure customer concerns are resolved. Must be able to provide quality customer service to all customers within a timely manner. This is a fast paced roll with a great amount of growth opportunity. We are a family run business and we are looking for long term employee looking to grow with the company.


This position will also handle accident and incident reports and will work with Safety Manager to report and follow up on these incidents with either our insurance company or customer.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Successfully completes training to become knowledgeable about the waste services industry.
  • Responds in a timely and accurate manner to customer service calls, ensuring that service issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Effectively responds to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve billing questions, service inquiries or cancellations, residential price increases and equipment issues.
  • Data entry and billing related tasks
  • Enters service data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes.
  • Logs information about customer service interactions into systems; updates information in a timely and accurate manner in order for associates to able to track service inquiries and resolution.
  • Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned or apparent.
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Outlook experience REQUIRED
  • Able to multitask MUST.
  • Other duties as requested
