Description
We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated professional to join our team as an office assistant and helping in our greenhouse.
Someone who is looking to grow with our Landscaping companyResponsibilities:
- Answer phone
- Schedule and map out estimates daily
- Green thumb is a plus as you'll be working in our greenhouse too
- Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.
- Coordinate and assist with event planning, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Perform general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
- Utilize computerized systems and software to input data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education
- Drivers License
- Proven experience in a similar role or office environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and phone systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
