We are looking for new colleagues who live in/around Sassenberg, in the NRW region, or in the greater Augsburg, Nuremberg, or Stuttgart area to start service assignments with our customers as: Field Service Technicians (m/f/d)

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Communicating with customers as a technical expert on-site during multi-day/week-long trips
  • Handling commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery
  • Performing repairs by troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions
  • Providing customer support through on-site training and instruction as a service partner
