Game Master & Community Manager

As a Game Master and Community Manager, you will be responsible for taking care of our gamers before, during, and after their visit.

You will be a motivator, a friendly face, an entertainer, and a networker on-site. In short, you will ensure that everyone feels comfortable, has a lot of fun, and wants to come back.

Your Responsibilities

You ensure a smooth operation and a perfect gaming experience at Gamer
You create an energetic atmosphere for our customers and make sure they have a great time
Thanks to you, the store is always in top condition, making all guests feel at ease
You are the main point of contact onsite and answer any questions

Your Profile

You have a super positive attitude, full of energy, can make people laugh, speak fluent German, and enjoy interacting with others
With your open, positive, fun, and motivating personality, you establish a connection with our guests and turn them into fans
You approach your tasks in an organized and structured manner and can keep track of things even in busy times
You have previous experience in the hospitality industry (shift leader,
