Description
Basic Function:
Assisting in all aspects of architectural design.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Gather design requirements for new construction, alterations, or repairs
- Prepare architecture design based on design requirements
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate design options and ideas
- Ensure to follow best practices and company standards
- Manage and execute design assignments in timely manner
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Good visualization, organization, and problemsolving skills
- Capable of combining aesthetics with function and the mechanics of buildings
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a deadlinedriven, fastpaced environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Projects, etc.)
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor of Architecture
- 1+ year of experience

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; bend; sit; crouch; and talk; and hear.
The employee is required to sit for a substantial amount of time. The employee must be able to lift and/or move at least 10lbs occasionally (overhead, waist level) from floor. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception.
