Job Overview:
We're currently seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C or LCPC) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves evaluating clients and providing necessary referrals to support their mental health journey.
Responsibilities (COMAR):
Fulfills the administrative and programmatic requirements under COMAR
Keeps the advisory committee, or governing body, whichever is applicable, informed of, at a minimum, the program's approval status and performance;
Implements quality management strategies; and
Ensures the development of a staffing plan that identifies the type and number of staffs needed to provide a program of rehabilitation and recovery Services for individuals with serious mental illness; and
May be responsible for the duties of the psychiatric rehabilitation specialist under
COMAR
Tasks:
Conducting and developing client's rehabilitation assessment for PRP Program.
Developing Individual Rehabilitation Plan.
Ensuring that the PRP Rehabilitation Counselors are following the Individualized Rehabilitation plan.
Review progress notes to verify that direct-care counselors are effectively addressing the treatment needs and implementing the goals and/or objectives set forth in the Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP).
Conducting monthly supervision with the counselors.Advising the Program Director regarding all development and implementation of rehabilitation Services reflecting the present and anticipated needs of Movanni HealthPro clients.
Participating in group meetings. Educates direct care staff on how to provide rehabilitation Services that correlate with the goals identified in the IRP.Participating in Rehabilitation Counselor's meeting and training.
Develops and assures that rehabilitation Services meet the needs of the individuals served by the program; Supervise direct care staff.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.Participate in continuous education and training to stay abreast of best practices in psychiatric rehabilitation.

Requirements:
- Current LCSW-C or LCPC certification is required.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or psychiatric rehabilitation.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and evidencebased treatment modalities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
